We Are Looking For: Boutique Experience Trainer At **Inerze**, we are not a conventional gym; we are a space where training transforms into a community experience and applied science. Essential Requirements (The "Must") To ensure the safety and excellence in results that define us, the following are mandatory: * **Technical Qualification:** Valid certification from **IFBB** (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness), **IDDE** (Institute of Sport and Entertainment), or a **Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science**. Internationally recognized certifications such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM are also accepted. * **Specialization:** Solid expertise in functional training, HIIT, or mobility. * **Safety:** Valid certification in **CPR and AED use**. Your responsibilities include: * **Lead Sessions:** Conduct scientifically grounded training sessions adapted to diverse fitness levels. * **Premium Connection:** Deliver personalized service—remembering goals and prior injuries—to manage each member’s progression. * **Boutique Atmosphere:** Maintain center standards by attending to details: music, lighting, and immaculate studio order.
