Operational leadership and problem-solving skills. **Requirements:** ● Bachelor's degree or higher in: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, International Business. ● 1–3 years of experience in roles such as: Operations Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Distribution Coordinator. ● Preferred experience in: frozen foods, cold chain, mass consumption, B2B distribution. **Technical Knowledge** ● Inventory management ● Warehouse control ● Route planning ● Dispatch and distribution ● Cold chain handling ● Logistics KPIs ● Intermediate or advanced Excel / Google Sheets ● ERP / WMS proficiency (preferred) **Competencies / Skills** ● Operational leadership ● Organization and planning ● Responsiveness ● Problem solving ● Results orientation ● Working under pressure ● Strong communication ● Firmness with the team ● Ability to prioritize Work Location: On-site employment
