Job Summary: Directly participate in the production process, operate machinery, interpret design drawings, follow production plans and quality specifications, and optimize resources. PRODUCTION OPERATOR Directly participate in the production process, operate specific and necessary machinery and tools to achieve product transformation, interpret design drawings and understand production plans, and strictly follow quality process specifications step by step. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Respect working hours. 2\. Complete records and reports. 3\. Comply with regulations and safety standards. 4\. Assist in maintaining order. 5\. Improve production time. 6\. Control waste. 7\. Optimize resources. 8\. Monitor and track the plant equipment maintenance plan. 9\. Communicate with local and foreign suppliers. 10\. Report production progress and propose improvements to supervisors and management. 11\. Track management indicators and develop action plans. 12\. Coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets.
