Development of innovative content strategies **Textil Anqori**, a Peruvian company dedicated to the marketing of women's fashion, is looking for a **Fashion Content Creator** who brings creativity, dynamism, and strategic vision to enhance our brand presence on social media. Requirements * Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Fashion, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or Social Media Manager for **women's fashion brands, retail, footwear, accessories, or related industries**. * Experience creating content for **Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook**. * Proficiency in **Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere**. * Knowledge of photography and audiovisual production. * Experience writing scripts, identifying trends, and producing results-oriented content. * Comfort and ease performing in front of cameras. * Passion for fashion, styling, and trends. Responsibilities * Create, film, and edit social media content. * Serve as the brand’s representative in campaigns and videos. * Write scripts for Reels, TikTok, and Stories. * Develop creative content proposals aligned with marketing strategy. * Identify trends and adapt them to the brand’s style. * Coordinate content production with the Marketing team. * Analyze content performance and propose improvements. Working Conditions Workplace: Gamarra – La Victoria Work Modality: On-site **Weekly Schedule: 48 hours:** Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 1,600 to S/ 1,800 (based on evaluation). Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (MYPE regime). Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience creating content for women's fashion brands?
