Job Summary: We are seeking a Content and Production Operations Analyst to coordinate interdepartmentally, manage operations, scheduling, and administration, and supervise digital deliverables. In the competition for the best talent, we are looking for a **Content and Production Operations Analyst** to join our **Content** team and play within the largest stadium in the world. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** *Serve as the communication and organizational liaison among key departments—including Ad Sales, Channel Production, Tournament Production, Piracy Control, and the Commercial Team—ensuring alignment of objectives for each project.* * **Operational and Calendar Management:** *Perform daily tracking of the department’s calendar, monitoring project status and ensuring timely resolution of pending issues.* * **Scheduling Management:** *Provide critical support in building content grids and ensure timely weekly schedule delivery to partner operators.* * **Administrative Management:** *Provide direct support for the department’s financial and administrative workflows—including onboarding new vendors, processing invoices, and conducting thorough payment tracking.* * **Digital Supervision and Clipping:** *Monitor and supervise accurate accounting of digital deliverables, ensuring all materials and clips comply with required technical specifications before distribution.* **What do you need to apply?** * *2–5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles within production departments at advertising agencies, television channels, or field production companies.* * *Active participation in recording sets, shoots, filmings, and/or live program broadcasts.* * *Verifiable experience supervising post-production stages of audiovisual and/or photographic projects.* * *Solid experience coordinating and collaborating across diverse hierarchical and technical levels during productions.* We’d love to get to know you even better if: * You are passionate about sports. * You have experience working at tech companies or startups. * You speak intermediate-to-advanced English. * You are proactive in adopting new technologies and AI.
