IT Operator (N1)

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Operator N1 to monitor systems, networks, and servers; detect and resolve technical incidents; perform maintenance; and manage backups. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for an **IT Operator N1** to join our team. **Key Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of technical support, networking, or systems * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor systems, networks, and servers to ensure proper operation * Detect, log, and resolve technical incidents, escalating complex issues as needed. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure * Manage and verify backups and restorations * Execute daily operational tasks, such as data processing and reporting. * Document procedures, incidents, and updates performed. * Provide basic technical support and collaborate on system security * Other related activities assigned to the role **Additional Details:** * **Work Mode:** On-site – Surco, Peru * Rotating shifts * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Corporate benefits Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work 100% on-site with rotating shifts? * What is your salary expectation?
