Supervise personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files). Manage payroll, social benefits, and compensation. Ensure compliance with labor legislation. Implement workplace climate initiatives, organizational culture programs, and talent development activities. Supervise training and performance evaluation processes. Develop and monitor HR management indicators. Provide support to department heads on human resource management matters. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management. Proficiency in HR metrics and team leadership. Specialization: Labor legislation, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Payroll and Compensation **Benefits** Positive work environment. Full payroll registration.
