Job Summary: Proactive and responsible Production Assistants are required to support production processes, material loading/unloading/organization, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support production processes and assist operators/technicians. 2. Perform material loading, unloading, and transportation tasks. 3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area. We are a metal-mechanical company specializing in tunnel and slope support systems for the mining industry, and we are seeking to hire Production Assistants. REQUIREMENTS: Immediate availability One year of experience in steel transformation or similar companies (not mandatory) Proactivity, organization, and responsibility Availability to work rotating shifts Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Basic proficiency in handling manual and industrial tools Responsibilities: Support production processes following supervisor instructions. Perform material loading, unloading, and transportation tasks within the plant. Inspect and organize raw materials and finished products in work areas. Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area. Comply with company-established safety and quality standards. Assist operators or technicians in assembly, mixing, or processing tasks as required.
