At **Hanka Cargo**, we are taking a new step in our operations: we seek to onboard a **Customs Liquidator – Customs Specialist**. We are looking for a candidate with technical expertise in customs matters, as well as an **operational, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset**. This position will play a key role in the end-to-end management of customs clearances, participating from **documentary review and liquidation**, through to **clearance tracking, release acquisition, and transportation coordination**. Your main responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and managing documentation required for each customs clearance. * Preparing, liquidating, and reviewing customs declarations. * Performing tariff classification and customs valuation review. * Managing and following up with **SUNAT/Customs, VUCE, and SENASA**, as applicable. * Tracking customs clearances until release is obtained and the operation is closed. * Coordinating with clients, warehouses, suppliers, and other stakeholders across the logistics chain. * Coordinating transportation associated with customs clearances. * In case of transportation contingencies, **identifying and managing alternatives to ensure service continuity**. * Maintaining updated information and traceability of operations. What Are We Looking For? **Education:** * Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Customs Management, or related fields. * Customs Clearance Liquidator certification course. **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in customs brokerage firms and/or freight forwarding agencies. * Proven experience in **customs specialization and end-to-end clearance management**. * Minimum **1 year of recent experience in customs liquidation**. * Demonstrated proficiency in **tariff classification**. **Knowledge:** * General Customs Law, its Regulations, and current applicable regulations. * Import and export regimes and procedures. * SUNAT/Customs. * VUCE. * Tariff classification and customs valuation. * Logistics chain and transportation coordination. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Intermediate business English (desirable). Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
