Logistical coordination and daily operational control **Position Objective** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of daily warehouse operations, guaranteeing efficient fulfillment of dispatches, receipts, and departmental operational objectives aligned with business goals and company guidelines. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: S/. 1850 ++ Area Bonus ++ Retention Bonus * Work Schedule (FIXED): Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * *Payroll enrollment from day one* * *Insurance: SCTR, Life Insurance by Law, and Essalud* * Payroll: MYPE, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacations. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturday half-day shift * Work location: San Juan de Lurigancho (behind Universidad César Vallejo) **Functions and Responsibilities** ● Supervise daily warehouse operations in the field. ● Lead and manage operational staff under supervision, ensuring task performance, discipline, and productivity. ● Coordinate dispatch and receipt activities with administrative departments and logistics office. ● Guarantee adherence to dispatch schedules according to commercial priorities and operational requirements. ● Monitor achievement of departmental dispatch targets and service levels. ● Supervise correct operational flow for receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch. ● Monitor warehouse order, control, and operational efficiency. ● Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational safety standards. ● Supervise accurate completion and control of departmental operational forms. ● Report operational incidents, deviations, and management progress to the Logistics Manager. **Requirements** ● Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising warehouse or distribution center operations. ● Proven experience leading large operational teams (minimum 30 people). ● Experience in fieldwork and daily logistics operations. ● Completed university or technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. ● Basic-level Excel proficiency. ● Preferred knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operational control.
