Job Summary: Quality control inspector responsible for inspecting finished products, verifying packaging and finishing conditions, recording inspections, and maintaining order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for inspections of finished products and packaging conditions. 2. Conducts visual inspection records and prepares the Quality Dossier. 3. Controls the quality of raw materials and evaluates the produced output. A leading company in graphic product technology and innovation, with over 20 years in the market, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform the following duties: * Perform inspections of finished products according to specifications and procedures. * Verify packaging and finishing conditions of finished products in the warehouse. * Record equipment and cleaning verifications, and maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, complying with assigned requirements. * Responsible for using required personal protective equipment during warehouse and plant inspections, as necessary. * Issue release certificates and/or perform product conformance traceability. * Maintain visual inspection records. * Support and assist in preparing the Quality Dossier for projects. * Assist in work planning according to projects. * Record data obtained from quality control on production line machines and printed materials, and during manual review at Quality Control tables. * Conduct periodic audits during one’s shift, as frequently as required, recording evaluation results to keep relevant personnel informed and coordinate necessary adjustments in the production process. * Control the quality of incoming raw materials (raw materials, components) stored in the warehouse, generating corresponding records. * Evaluate the quality of produced output; record approval (release) using standardized forms; for subsequent supply to the main finished-product warehouse. * Daily verification of measuring instruments. * Preservation of evaluation record sheets. * Other duties delegated by the immediate supervisor.
