Job Summary: AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead detailed contract supervision, coordinate meetings, and control the construction schedule, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and attend work and contractual meetings. 2. Monitor and control the construction schedule. 3. Extensive experience in electromechanical installation projects in mining. An opportunity has arisen to join AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. as a Mechanical Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Implement detailed supervision management under the service contract. * Lead and attend daily work meetings. * Monitor and control the approved construction schedule. * Conduct valuation reviews as appropriate. * Lead and attend contractual meetings with assigned contractors. * Track responses to RFIs (Requests for Information). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. * Review contractor plans and procedures. Maintain continuous oversight of daily progress. * Perform 3WLAH planning and monitor project activities. * Coordinate material deliveries with the client. * Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements. **Requirements:** * Formal education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Valid professional registration and license. * Experience: 10 years of experience in the construction sector. * Experience in electromechanical installation projects at copper processing plants in mining. * Experience in HDPE piping, pumps, valves, and instrumentation installation. * Training or courses in project management aligned with PMI standards. * Software: Intermediate-level proficiency in Office and AutoCAD. **Application Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate job portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be accepted. * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
