Prepare daily management reports: calls, intensity, and recovery. Perform payment reconciliations with banking systems. Provide support in monitoring and tracking operational KPIs. Ensure data quality and consistency. What are we looking for? Graduate or technical specialist in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Database knowledge is desirable. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
