




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze, design, and improve processes, develop process maps, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, process mapping, or process improvement. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, desirable). Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience developing flowcharts, procedures, and process documentation. Responsibilities: Collecting and documenting information related to company projects, processes, and procedures. Developing N-level process maps (macro-processes, processes, sub-processes, etc.). Establishing, monitoring, and reporting process performance indicators (KPIs) for improved processes, ensuring achievement of quality, time, and cost objectives. Preparing process-related documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, diagrams, forms, etc.) for the Integrated Management System, identifying their interactions, key activities, and applicable controls. Providing advisory support to process owners in process analysis, design, and improvement. Supporting user inquiries from all business units and serving as a reference and consultant on methodological topics related to process and project management. Proposing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal regulations. Working Conditions: Work Location: San Isidro.
