Verification of route compliance and staff uniformity Industrias Arguelles y Servicios Generales is a leading company in the solid waste collection sector and is currently seeking: Position: Field Supervisor Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven field supervisor experience in solid waste management (documented) Availability to work full-time Own vehicle required Availability to work day or night shifts Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week Responsibilities: Supervise the proper operation and procedural compliance of solid waste collection, transportation, and final disposal services Participate in trainings, drills, and other events related to the Integrated Management System Report any incidents, accidents, or non-conformities related to the Integrated Management System Supervise and evaluate the proper performance of drivers and operators; additionally, conduct 5-minute daily briefings before the start of each shift Verify that operational staff providing service in the district are correctly uniformed Daily entry of personnel and vehicles into the system upon dispatch completion Ensure adherence to the established service routes by the supervisor Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor · Benefits: Inclusion in the formal payroll from the first day of employment.
