Focus on effective communication and professional ethics **REQUIREMENTS** * Recent graduate in accounting, administration, and/or related fields. * Basic English proficiency. * Excel knowledge: Intermediate or advanced level. * Power BI knowledge (desirable). * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018\. (desirable) * Experience: Minimum 06 months in similar positions. * Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, concentration, proactivity, organization, and empathy. * High degree of commitment and professional ethics. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issuance and submission of invoices upon receipt of all requirements requested by clients. * Assist in scheduling Accounts Payable according to established credit terms and schedules. * Support the registration of information to obtain tax projections. * Provide updated economic and financial information to General Management. * Review employee payroll for payment processing. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Support processing reimbursement requests submitted by various departments, followed by tracking to ensure each department submits the corresponding supporting documents. * Perform other duties assigned by General Management, consistent with the nature of the position. **Applicants who do not meet the stated requirements will not be considered.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
