Analyze and challenge new expenditure requirements. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Efficiency Analyst**, whose primary purpose is to identify improvement opportunities through detailed revenue/expense analysis and corporate project management, with a focus on optimizing services at the P and Q levels. This role directly supports strategic decision-making aimed at improving profitability and the cost/income ratio. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing and challenging new expenditure requirements by evaluating context, benefits, and associated costs. * Continuously reviewing the company's financial statements to question the drivers explaining medium-term expense trends. * Collaborating jointly with corporate teams to define the annual vendor plan and monitor its execution. * Preparing information/presentations for management and efficiency committees, with the option to present them. **Required Profile:** * Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum two (02\) years of experience performing similar functions, including financial analysis, project management (desirable), and proposing operational and commercial efficiency optimization ideas, preferably within the financial sector, investment banking, and/or consulting firms specializing in planning, procurement, risk, finance, or strategy. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. ***This recruitment opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.***
