Continuous learning in preventive and corrective maintenance Jalma SAC is a service contracting company specializing in low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical installations, providing services to the industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. This position arises from the need to incorporate in-house personnel within our client's facilities. The candidate must be a trainee and graduate of a technical program in electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics, electrotechnology, industrial mechatronics, or maintenance mechanics (3-year program). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintenance of industrial process plants, especially food production plants. Required knowledge and experience include: **Knowledge** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels and grounding pits \- Reading electrical distribution, power, and control schematics and diagrams \- Assembling electrical panels: Panel layout, installation of components (circuit breakers, contactors, variable frequency drives, PLCs, etc.), power and control wiring \- Configuration of variable frequency drives \- Programming of programmable relays (Zelio, Zen, Logo, etc.) \- Conduit installation using EMT and PVC metallic tubing \- Installation of low-voltage outlets (network points, power sockets, lighting) \- Use of measurement equipment: multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, earth resistance tester, etc. \- Use of tools: drill, angle grinder, rotary hammer, tube heater, terminal crimping tool, pipe cutter, etc. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level) and AutoCAD **Experience** \- 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance and installations, preferably in shopping malls **Responsibilities** \- Execute the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for plant machinery \- Resolve technical issues using knowledge and experience in mechanical, industrial electrical, basic welding, and industrial control (PLC) fields \- Implement machine improvements with support from the coordinator \- Record daily maintenance activities, identifying the equipment, area, and action taken \- Perform repairs on mechanical and structural equipment \- Comply with company-established rules and policies **Competencies** \- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces \- Capable of performing work involving electrical hazards **Desirable** \- Class A1 driver’s license and familiarity with local streets \- Training in 5S methodology \- Training in continuous improvement **Personal Qualities** \- Proactive \- Organized \- Strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels **Benefits** \- Statutory benefits under the Microenterprise (MYPE) regime \- Semi-annual bonus of 50% of base salary based on performance \- Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company \- Potential for career progression \- Rotating work schedule according to client needs \- Work location: Huachipa (preference given to candidates residing nearby) Interested candidates must submit their CV in PDF format.
