Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Process Associate Sr.** **Your primary objective will be:** To lead improvement, transformation, and innovation initiatives by managing the project portfolio, allocated budget, and strategic analysis generation. You will serve as the liaison between user departments and execution teams, driving a data- and technology-based culture of continuous improvement. **How will you achieve this?** * Prioritizing and managing business initiatives in collaboration with operational areas. * Leading the Efficiency and Analytics team, ensuring goal achievement and risk management. * Monitoring efficiency indicators, project outcomes, and benefits generated. * Driving continuous improvement, process automation, and digital transformation. * Ensuring information quality, availability, and documentation. * Managing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making. * Communicating progress and results to stakeholders, managers, and deputy managers. * Efficiently administering the allocated budget and controlling its execution. * Preparing high-impact executive presentations. **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience leading improvement, transformation, or analytics projects. * Knowledge of project management, process improvement, data analytics, team management, and digital transformation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). * Agile methodologies, process improvement, or KPI management certifications are desirable. **What do we offer at Interbank?** Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies in the Intercorp Group.
