A prominent construction sector company is seeking a General Accountant / Accounting Manager, who will assume a key role within the Administration and Finance area. Responsibilities: Lead monthly and annual financial closing (entries, accruals, depreciation). Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). Supervise and organize the work of the accounting team. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and filings. Implement and maintain accounting policies under IFRS and local regulations. Organize and regularize historical accounting information. Prepare financial reports for Management. Coordinate internal and external audits. Requirements: Licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant (authorized to practice). Minimum 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations. ERP accounting system proficiency (CONCAR preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
