Now, we are looking for a **"Freight Forwarder, Air Import"** to join our team. **Job Mission:** To properly manage import shipments and deliver high-quality customer service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of prior professional experience in similar cargo-related roles involving import processes and/or related functions. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, macros, and systems such as CW1 and OMNIA. * Knowledge of international trade, DSV products, customer service, and import processes. **Responsibilities:** * Review and comply with DSV.MA.306 — Air Import Operations Manual. * Meet and contribute to KPIs established by management. * Timely file closure (WRK = 0). * Achieve customer satisfaction for the assigned portfolio. * Review instructions sent by Sales (spot quote + details of new shipment). * Manage instruction execution and service initiation with origin stations. * Provide customers with continuous updates on each stage of shipment progress. * Review HAWB + MAWB to ensure accurate information. * Confirm departure via pre-alert and submission of SADA data. * Coordinate with RIMAC to issue the Insurance Certificate, if applicable, using the format specified in the process. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. * Benefits Plan (birthday leave, celebrations, and more). * Opportunities for career growth across DSV offices worldwide.
