Inclusion in payroll from the first day On behalf of our client Prosegur, a leading provider of security solutions, we are currently seeking Security Agents to join our team. Work Locations: Ate, Santa Anita, La Molina, San Luis Shifts: 12 hours (Day, Night, or Rotating) Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Salary: S/ 2000 (depends on assigned shift) Base Salary: S/ 1,130 Bonuses according to current scheme Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience (6 consecutive months as a Security Agent) or graduates from the Armed Forces (no prior experience required). Completed Secondary Education. Valid SUCAPEC course certification (if not yet obtained, Prosegur will provide training). Customer service experience. Responsibilities Control of personnel and vehicle access. Surveillance and protection of facilities. Compliance with security protocols. Reporting incidents and service updates.
