Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury and financial management. * Experience in administration and supervision of payroll processes. * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * Upper-intermediate English proficiency (mandatory). * Knowledge of internal controls and auditing. Responsibilities * Supervise the execution and comprehensive validation of payroll and benefits. * Analyze complex accounting reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information. * Supervise regulatory compliance related to payroll, taxes, and labor benefits. * Manage critical incidents and coordinate with internal clients and external entities. * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in payroll processes. * Provide support on accounting and financial matters related to personnel management.
