Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet and Procurement Coordinator and a Warehouse Manager to manage the acquisition of goods, supervise the vehicle fleet, and coordinate maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement and supplier management. 2. Fleet vehicle supervision and control. 3. Handling administrative procedures and transportation regulations. CORPORACIÓN FRIOHIELOS PERU SAC is a company specialized in comprehensive maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment. We are currently looking for a Fleet and Procurement Coordinator and a Warehouse Manager for our headquarters located in Huachipa, Lima. General Responsibilities: - Process and handle all procurement requests across operations. - Conduct quotations and manage the supplier portfolio. - Supervise and control the vehicle fleet in Lima and provinces. - Schedule and coordinate maintenance for company vehicles (trucks, vans, and motorcycles). Manage SOAT activation, technical inspection updates, and other administrative procedures related to compliance with legal regulations in the transportation sector. - Administrative tasks and personnel management. Requirements: - Proven experience performing duties similar to those described. - Commitment and accountability toward assigned responsibilities. - University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Immediate availability to work at our main office located in Huachipa, Lima (near Mapfre Cemetery). - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
