Job Summary: We are seeking a General Technician for Ventanilla with experience in general services including electricity, painting, plumbing, masonry, and/or renovation, responsible for executing work and preventing deterioration in facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform painting, plumbing, electrical, and masonry work. 2. Carry out deterioration prevention and repair of facilities. 3. Report unsafe conditions and maintain safety. On behalf of our prestigious client, we are searching for the best talent for the GENERAL TECHNICIAN position in VENTANILLA who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Completed or incomplete technical studies in Electricity, Maintenance, or related fields. Documentation verifying such studies is required. Minimum 1 year of experience performing General Services: Electricity, painting, plumbing, masonry, and/or renovation (according to specialty). Employment certificate substantiating this experience is required. Availability to work fixed shifts from Monday to Saturday. FUNCTIONS: Perform basic painting tasks (filling, drywall, and on metal structures), plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and/or renovation (according to specialty). Carry out deterioration prevention, repair, patching, and maintenance of client facilities. Report daily incidents occurring inside client facilities. Report unsafe conditions observed during service execution to immediate supervisor, so they may be addressed. Properly complete safety forms. Other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
