Job Summary: We are seeking an international trade professional with experience in customs clearance settlement and knowledge of customs regulations, who is team-oriented and committed to customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application of customs and tariff regulations 2. Management of documentation for customs clearance 3. Analytical ability and customer service orientation We are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements: Education: Course in International Trade Minimum verifiable experience: 1 year RESPONSIBILITIES: * Settle customs clearances by applying customs regulations, procedures, customs tariff, valuation rules, origin rules, customs duties, releases, exemptions, and all other applicable regulations governing specific goods. * Review and reconcile documents required for customs clearance preparation to avoid penalties. * Knowledgeable about customs regulations and stays updated on regulatory changes to correctly apply them in customs declarations. * Reviews original documentation received from the client; if errors are identified, immediately coordinates correction with relevant department specialists. * Prints draft DUAs for review by the Customs Reviewer. * Numbers the DUA after prior validation by the Customs Reviewer or Legal Representative. * Submits information to Customs authorities and receives the DUA number. * Informs the department specialist and Operations Manager of the DUA number and amount of duties payable. * And other duties assigned as needed.
