Conduct assessments of inherent risks, control effectiveness, and residual risks. * Monitor the implementation of newly proposed controls derived from risk assessments of processes, projects, and significant changes—ensuring mitigation of risks and protection of organizational assets. * Update risk and opportunity matrices. * Manage updates and improvements to the organization’s risk and opportunity management documentation. * Assess operational risks associated with new products/services/processes or significant changes—and prepare reports for the Risk Committee. * Record, investigate, and monitor operational incidents affecting business continuity—oversee implementation of corrective actions and update internal controls accordingly. * Prepare periodic risk and opportunity management reports and present them to the Risk Committee. * Propose and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure follow-up on action plans. * Conduct internal audits to review controls and processes—ensuring audit recommendations are implemented. * Support external audits for control and process reviews—providing required information and ensuring implementation of audit recommendations. * Develop and deliver operational risk awareness and training programs for employees—fostering a risk management culture within the organization. * Participate in developing, implementing, and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans—ensuring critical processes remain operational during disruptions. * Support organizational departments in applying the operational risk management methodology. * Propose new indicators to maintain stable and controlled processes. * Keep the operational risk appetite updated. * Track key risk indicators and mitigation measures—to evaluate their effectiveness and proactively and remedially manage risks. **What are we looking for in your profile?** * Completed university undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience as an Operational Risk Analyst or in similar roles. * Experience working in industrial sectors.**And what soft skills do you bring?** * Strong communication skills at all levels, plus ORGANIZED and PLANFUL work habits in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * **What benefits will you receive?** * Statutory benefits. * A pleasant work environment. * Dr. Auna Pro Plan Medical Insurance (Teleconsultation coverage for employee, parents, children, and spouse)—100% covered. * Profit-sharing. * Professional development (Opportunities for vertical and/or horizontal growth). * Holiday activations (per official calendar). * Join a solid industry leader with 49 years of market leadership.
