Remote work At **Dermallure**, we are seeking a **responsible, organized, and well-written** individual to support **patient care through our social media platforms and WhatsApp**. **Work Mode:** Remote (from home) **Responsibilities:** * Respond to messages on **WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook**. * Provide information about treatments and **schedule appointments**. * Conduct **follow-ups with interested patients**. * Submit **customer service reports to Administration**. * Support **acquisition of new patients**. **Schedule:** **Tuesday to Friday** * 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. * 7:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. **Saturdays** * 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. * 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. **Sundays** * 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. **Mondays:** Day off **We Offer:** * Base salary. * **Commissions for patient acquisition.** * Remote work.
