A prominent real estate management company requires concierge staff for the Cercado de Lima district. ***FUNCTIONS:*** \-Verify entry and exit of individuals from the condominium. \-Monitor, detect, and report any relevant incidents to the Administrator/Coordinator. \-Ensure normal execution of condominium activities, continuously reporting any events and recording them in the incident log. \-Maintain control over contractors and vendors entering the premises upon prior authorization. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** \-Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions. \-Completed secondary education. \-Highly responsible and honest. \-Service-oriented. \-Work availability: 6 days per week / 12 hours / Rotating shifts. ***MYPE BENEFITS:*** \-Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. \-15 days of annual vacation. \-Affiliation with SIS microenterprise. \-Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). \-50% voluntary bonus in July and December.
