Process Analyst - Experienced

Job Summary: Process analyst responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing, and optimizing processes; documenting and measuring impact; collaborating with teams; and delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluate and optimize processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities. 2. Develop and implement new processes or modify existing ones. 3. Create and track metrics to measure the impact of improvements. Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of opportunity. Develop, implement, and document new processes or modify existing ones. Create flowcharts, procedure manuals, and other process-related documentation. Create and track metrics (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented improvements. Work closely with teams across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives. Provide training and support to staff on new processes or technologies.
