Job Summary: RESEMIN is seeking a Technical Documentation Planner to plan and supervise the preparation and updating of technical manuals and bills of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and allocation of technical documentation activities. 2. Supervision of the preparation and updating of technical manuals. 3. Supervision of the accuracy of bills of materials (BOM). TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION PLANNER What challenges await you? Plan and allocate technical documentation team tasks (bills of materials, manuals, and master data) according to the order and document dossier. Supervise the preparation and updating of technical manuals (operation, maintenance, parts, and assembly), tracking progress and verifying compliance with specifications, current regulations, and corporate standards. Supervise the accuracy and consistency of bills of materials (BOM), reviewing and tracking deliverables. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Three years of experience in similar roles, or as a Materials or Maintenance Planner in the industry. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience in preparing technical manuals. Knowledge of heavy machinery. Solidworks. Master data management. SAP.
