Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring its operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of critical equipment in industrial plants 2. Participation in analysis of recurring failures 3. Execution of electromechanical assembly and maintenance **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **Work Location:** Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on concrete batching lines. * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on critical plant equipment such as mills, crushers, conveyor belts, bucket elevators, rotary kilns, industrial fans, coolers, and pumps. * Disassemble, repair, assemble, and align components including bearings, gearboxes, couplings, rolling-element bearings, shafts, pulleys, etc. * Provide plant support during emergencies and/or as required by the immediate supervisor, restoring equipment to verified operational status and obtaining the responsible operator's sign-off. * Participate in root cause analysis of recurring failures and implement corrective actions to eliminate these issues. * Follow procedures for requesting spare parts or third-party services. * Ensure operational readiness and maintainability of pneumatic, electrical, and electronic equipment and/or components. * Promptly report failures that may cause plant shutdowns. * Request necessary spare parts to ensure operational continuity of the concrete plant. * Prepare technical reports of performed work when required. * Perform maintenance on diesel generator sets. * Carry out electromechanical assembly tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Industrial Electrotechnology (Mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of work experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of gearboxes, belts, electric motors, conveyor belts, mechanical systems, and elevators. * Experience in electric arc welding.
