We seek a proactive, responsible, punctual, and communicative individual. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Reside in districts adjacent to the CENTRO DE LIMA. (Mandatory) * Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptability. * Prior experience in roles similar to cleaning, security, or customer service. (Mandatory) * Basic skills in operating security cameras (not mandatory). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact with the public and other employees. * Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions. * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Maintain the facility clean and orderly. * Check and monitor security cameras. * Open and close the facility, ensuring all doors and services are secured. * Manage facility keys. * Verify and handle incoming correspondence and documents. * Act as a promoter, inviting people into the facility and distributing promotional materials. * Report completed tasks and use WhatsApp for communication. * Actively promote facility rentals. * Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the facility. * And other duties as assigned. **WORK SCHEDULE**: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * A **dynamic, collaborative, and professional** work environment. * Job stability.
