




Job Summary: We are seeking a Printing Machine Operator for the production and installation of advertising materials, responsible for calibrating, operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing and cutting equipment to ensure quality and operational efficiency. Verify print quality POP UP E.I.R.L., an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is currently seeking new talent for the position of **Printing Machine Operator** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 1 year of experience operating printing machines \- Availability to work rotating shifts \- Availability to work paid overtime **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Daily inspection and calibration of production machines (Cams, Ecoga, Flatbed, UV 360, UV Mimaki, Laminator, Plotter, and Multi-Cutter), ensuring proper configuration according to job type. \- Operate and adjust printing and cutting equipment, ensuring quality, productivity, and operational continuity. \- Monitor machine operation, detecting deviations or failures and applying immediate corrective actions. \- Perform preventive maintenance and basic cleaning of equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for technical incidents. \- Verify print quality by comparing approved samples with final production and making necessary adjustments. \- Promptly report technical anomalies and apply review protocols to prevent recurring failures. \- Propose process improvements in operations to optimize time, reduce waste, and enhance production efficiency. **CONDITIONS** \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm \- Location: Cercado de Lima \- MYPE payroll (50% benefits) \- Payment: Biweekly **BENEFITS** \- 1 month on RXH, then MYPE payroll \- Career growth within the company \- Overtime pay in accordance with the law \- Dynamic work environment Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Do you agree to work under the MYPE regime?
