If you meet the requirements, apply now and join a team offering multiple growth opportunities: **Requirements**: * 1–3 years of experience in roles such as Tailoring Supervisor, Garment Manufacturing Supervisor, Textile Production Supervisor, Workshop Head of Garment Manufacturing, Sewing Team Leader, Cutting and Sewing Supervisor, or related positions. * Technical training in garment manufacturing processes, textile production, or related fields. * Ability to interpret technical specifications, sewing techniques, quality control, and basic Excel. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate production flow (cutting, sewing, finishing). * Control garment quality according to technical specifications. * Assign tasks and train operational staff. * Monitor efficiency indicators and resolve line issues. * Verify machinery maintenance and safety standards. * Ensure garments comply with stitching, material, and finishing standards. * Ensure operators meet daily/weekly production quotas. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Saturday, 08:00 AM–12:00 PM **Benefits**: * Base salary: S/. 2300.00 * Meal allowance: S/. 100.00 * Transportation allowance: S/. 100.00 * Performance-based bonuses * Formal payroll from the first day of employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/. 2,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Where do you live? * How old are you?
