




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and execute digital content strategies, produce audiovisual materials, and manage social media communities, with a focus on analysis and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Design and manage digital content strategies. 2. Create and edit audiovisual content for various platforms. 3. Support campaign launches and oversee brand identity. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategy and Planning** * Design monthly content plans and calendars aligned with business and brand objectives. * Manage scheduled video recordings week by week to achieve objectives. * Research trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. * Organize content by campaigns, categories, and commercial requests. * Define formats, platforms, and tone based on audience and channel. * Propose creative ideas, innovative formats, and content strategies that contribute to brand recognition, lead generation, and achievement of marketing objectives. * Design creative assets for the calendar, leveraging trends and trending topics. * Manage LIVE sessions across various platforms. **Audiovisual and Multimedia Production** * Create and edit videos, reels, stories, podcasts, and infographics. * Participate in recording institutional, promotional, and testimonial videos. * Cover internal and external events with photos, videos, and live streaming. * Coordinate with graphic design and production teams to realize content assets. * Maintain an updated library of images, videos, and digital resources. **Community and Social Media Management** * Support campaign and promotion launches in coordination with marketing. * Monitor visual and corporate identity consistency across all posts. * Comply with organizational internal guidelines, policies, and standards. * On-site support at events. **Analysis, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement** * Review grammar, coherence, and style of published content. * Identify duplicate or brand-strategy-inconsistent content. * Coordinate with various departments to gather information and refine strategy. **Academic Background** * Technical degree or graduate in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in Digital Marketing, AI-based editing, Social Media, or Content Production (preferred). **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube. * Proficiency in graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, OBS or similar. * Knowledge of video editing (CapCut or similar). * Photography and content recording for social media and corporate events. * Advertising copywriting and storytelling techniques for videos. * Understanding of digital trends and social media algorithms. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Copywriting and storytelling. * Content marketing. * Digital metrics analysis. * Social media management. * Basic audiovisual production. * AI usage and application. **Required Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital content creation or a similar role. * Portfolio of previous work.
