




Job Summary: GLM Foods SAC is seeking a Planning Analyst to plan production and procurement, control inventories, and coordinate with departments to ensure operational objectives. We are currently seeking a **Planning Analyst**, responsible for ensuring accurate production and procurement planning through information analysis, inventory control, and cross-departmental coordination—contributing to the achievement of operational objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines and optimize resources. * Manage material procurement according to production requirements. * Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to track orders and inputs. * Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods). * Analyze deviations between planned and actual performance, proposing improvements. * Develop and monitor management indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with internal departments to align demand with operations. * Participate in the continuous improvement of planning and supply chain processes. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (planning, logistics, or supply chain). * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Intermediate to advanced SAP proficiency. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases). * MRP / materials planning knowledge is desirable. * Basic English (desirable). * Skills: ability to work under pressure, effective communication, analytical thinking, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career growth opportunities and defined career path. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. * Excellent working environment. * Ongoing training and professional development. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Application:** Interested candidates should send their CV to: **recursos.humanos@glmfoods.com**, with the subject line: *“Planning Analyst”*.
