We seek team members who embody our values: Honesty, teamwork, assertive communication, respect, excellence, humility, and proactivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Diploma or specialization in import operations * Experience in biomedical equipment project management (Hospital Implementation experience preferred) * Minimum 3 years of procurement management experience * Experience purchasing biomedical, electromechanical, and hospital equipment * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills * Availability to work from May to September **Responsibilities:** * Ensure appropriate stock levels according to project requirements * Organize and coordinate cargo transportation, ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, meeting all technical specifications * Maintain effective communication with suppliers and foster strong business relationships to ensure a consistent flow of materials and products * Manage documentation and recordkeeping for all logistics operations, including invoices and waybills * Provide administrative support for logistics operations, including preparation of shipping documents and inventory management **Benefits** * Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits * Corporate benefits * EPS coverage at 70%.
