Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer to plan, supervise, and optimize production processes in a snack manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Production planning and scheduling 2. Opportunities for continuous improvement **Production Engineer – Snack Manufacturing Plant, Location: Huachipa** Responsibilities: \- Plan and schedule production according to equipment availability, personnel, raw materials, and supplies. \- Ensure achievement of production targets aligned with customer orders and demand forecasts. \- Supervise and track adherence to the production plan, including timelines and volumes. \- Analyze root causes of deviations or failures to meet targets and propose corrective actions and alternative solutions. \- Monitor productivity, efficiency, performance, and loss indicators throughout the production process. \- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize resources, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste. \- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow. \- Prepare production reports and track results and improvement plans. \- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. No prior experience required. Knowledge of production planning and control. Familiarity with production indicators and continuous improvement methodologies. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience in food manufacturing plants is desirable. Willingness to work overtime. Work Schedule (Monday–Friday): 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.). Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation and Benefits: Monthly salary: S/ 2,000, which **includes** the overtime hours specified in the schedule. One week of paid vacation every six months. Subsidized meals (50% coverage) Monday through Friday. No meal subsidy provided on Saturdays. Formal payroll registration is not provided. Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
