Representing the restaurant's image with professionalism and warmth. **Are you a charismatic, organized, and customer-experience-driven individual?** We are looking for **Hosts/Hostesses** to welcome, assist, and guide our diners—serving as the first impression of our restaurant! **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (host, receptionist, customer service). * Excellent presence, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. * Ability to resolve situations courteously and efficiently. * Service orientation and teamwork. * Organizational and time-management skills in dynamic environments. * Flexible schedule (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). * Completed secondary education. * Preferred: experience with reservation systems and training in customer service or protocol. **Specific Knowledge:** * Courteous and professional greeting and reception of customers. * Managing waiting lists and assigning tables according to shifts and availability. * Coordinating with the dining room team to maintain an orderly flow of diners. * Operating reservation systems (manual or digital). * Resolving basic inquiries, complaints, or special situations with empathy and agility. * Familiarity with the restaurant layout and service protocols. * Applying safety and hygiene regulations during customer reception. **Responsibilities:** * Greeting and bidding farewell to customers with friendliness and a welcoming attitude. * Managing reservations and waiting lists in an organized and efficient manner. * Ensuring compliance with entry protocols, capacity limits, and table assignments. * Informing customers about wait times, available services, and special events. * Coordinating with servers and supervisors to optimize table turnover. * Supporting general service logistics during peak hours. * Representing the restaurant's image with professionalism and warmth.
