




We are a chain of service stations with a presence in the labor market, and we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our service station in Ate Vitarte. Competencies to be evaluated: leadership, customer orientation, results orientation, planning and organization, willingness to work in teams and under pressure. REQUIREMENTS: Graduates of technical programs in administration, accounting, computer science, or related fields. Six months of experience in similar positions at service stations (mandatory). Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel. Work location: Panamericana Sur Km 63.5, corner with Sto. Km. - Station 715 (gas station). Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday. Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Record and submit daily sales (credit and cash) to the administrative staff responsible for consolidating all sales. Classify and review documents generated by the system (credit vouchers, invoices, receipts, and delivery notes), as well as manually issued documents to be entered into the system. File documents (credit vouchers, delivery notes, invoices). Record fuel inventory to monitor surpluses and shortages. Enter into the system invoices for receipt of store merchandise, lubricants, and promotions. Additionally, prepare the daily report and send it to the Administrative Department. Support the department in operational and administrative tasks.
