Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a leading company in textiles, footwear, and accessories to perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and control of accounting documents. We currently operate over 80 sales points nationwide, including Lima and provincial areas. We are looking for a person to fill the position of **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** to join our corporation. Requirements: * Technical graduate in Accounting (exclusively for Accounting program). * Knowledge of cost accounting, tax laws, and payroll. * Proficiency in Excel (desirable) * Database management experience (desirable) Your responsibilities will include: * Sales settlements. * Review and closing of daily sales on respective platforms. * Account analysis * Petty cash settlement and review * Settlement and review of authorized electronic documents * Income recording * Bank reconciliations * Control and archiving of accounting documents * Preparation of accounting and payroll reports. * Maintaining up-to-date accounting and payroll systems. * Keeping current accounts information for staff, loans, and merchandise withdrawals updated. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
