Requirements * University or technical degree: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. * Experience with AI Agents for data governance, leadership in governance tools, and an automation mindset. * Solid experience in Data Governance (DAMA, governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management). * Knowledge of governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog, or similar. * Strong orientation toward automation and operational efficiency. Leadership of at least 2 automation or task-simplification initiatives through deployment of technological components. * Ability to design conceptual solutions and drive them to implementation. * Change management and evangelism skills across business and data teams. * Project Experience: Proven participation across the full lifecycle (End\-to\-End) of at least 3 data projects, ensuring successful production rollout. * Between 2\.5 to 4 years in Data Stewardship or Data Governance roles. * Data Ecosystems: Minimum 2\.5 years of experience working with Data Lake (Azure), Databricks, and Data Warehouse. * Languages: Intermediate-level proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (coding). * Data Governance: Practical experience in Data Governance frameworks \+2\.5 years. * Deployment of AI Agents. * Usage and configuration of Databricks’ Unity Catalog. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Industry Specialization: Prior experience in the Insurance sector, with knowledge of best practices in Data Governance, Quality, and Security applied to this domain. * Data Visualization: For creating high-impact dashboards. * Desired experience leading transformation initiatives or implementing governance frameworks. **What Are the Responsibilities?** * Lead the definition and implementation of an Agent-based Data Governance model (Agentic Governance), aimed at automating key governance processes.
