Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Leader to lead the team, define data architecture, ensure information quality, and drive analytics and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Data team and coordinate projects 2. Define data architecture and platform evolution 3. Drive analytics and automation for decision-making A leading company in the entertainment and gambling industry is looking for **a Data Leader.** **What will be your challenge?** * Lead the Data team and coordinate execution of data-related initiatives and projects. * Define and promote data platform architecture and evolution. * Ensure information availability, quality, integrity, and security. * Monitor platform KPIs, incidents, and improvement opportunities. * Drive analytics, automation, and insight-generation initiatives to support decision-making. * Manage Data projects, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and needs. * Ensure implementation of data governance and management best practices. * Coordinate with vendors and technology teams involved in data solutions. * Supervise data integration, transformation, and processing processes. * Collaborate with various business units to identify data usage needs and opportunities. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Data, Analytics, or similar roles, including at least 2 years leading teams. * Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure). * Strong knowledge of Data Engineering and data architecture. * Strong knowledge of SQL and databases. * Strong knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence tools. * Strong knowledge of data integration and processing processes and tools (ETL/ELT). **Offer and Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Hybrid work mode: Surco * General regime payroll * Corporate benefits Application Questions: * In which district do you live? * Please provide your current contact number (calls and WhatsApp) * What is your academic degree and field of study? * What is your availability to start? * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have leading Data/Analytics teams or projects?
