Job Summary: We are seeking a committed professional to administer and review information, conduct pre-sales visits, and provide technical consultation in the development of elevator drawings. We seek committed talent to create value, where your skill development is the primary factor in generating innovative and safe solutions in your daily work with us. **1) Responsibilities:** \- Administer and review information provided by the sales and site inspection departments for the development of elevator drawings. \- Conduct pre-sales visits to verify elevator installation feasibility. \- Provide technical consultation to customers regarding shaft construction in accordance with factory elevator drawings. \- Verify that elevator technical specifications match those stated in elevator sales contracts and factory drawings. \- Manage approval of factory elevator drawings prior to dispatch to manufacturing. \- Maintain records of site visits for sales opportunities. \- Review all projects for sales approval and prior to dispatch to manufacturing. \- Track customer signature on drawings. \- Complete projects within no more than 30 calendar days following key events (contract signing, drawing signing, or customer payment). \- Modify and send signed drawings to the customer within a maximum of 10 days if modifications are required. \- Perform other duties assigned by superiors. \- Comply with documentation requirements established by the Quality Management System. \- Comply with documentation requirements established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **2) Requirements:** \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Drawing; Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical-Mechanical, or Mechanical Technician qualifications. \- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings. \- Proficiency in reading structural drawings. \- Basic SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.
