Comprehensive warehouse and equipment management At **HIPERMERCADO CERÁMICO**, a Peruvian company recognized for construction finishing products, we are currently seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** **\- Warehouse** for our stores in Lima and Provinces (as required)**.** **Requirements:** * Technical graduate, recent graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Coordinator. * Valid A1 driver’s license\. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. * Availability to work opening and closing shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure execution of periodic inventory counts and conduct random warehouse inventories at store locations. * Supervise warehouse activities during unannounced store visits. * Manage supplier requests, requirements, and invoices for warehouses. * Develop and monitor warehouse logistics KPIs. * Manage and supervise warehouse team performance. * Carry out additional duties related to assigned processes as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines. * Review and report on specific hazards and risks identified by workers in the area under supervision. **Benefits:** * **Immediate payroll enrollment from day one** (including all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, EsSalud, profit sharing, family allowance). * **Career path and real growth opportunities** within the company. * **Base salary** \+ attractive unlimited commissions * **Ongoing training** to enhance your skills. * **Corporate discounts** and additional benefits.
