Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Construction Assistant/Master to support civil construction, maintenance, and sanitary installation tasks while maintaining order and safety at the worksite. Positive work environment and career path opportunity We are looking for a **CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT/MASTER**, committed and willing to join our team: **What will be your main challenges and responsibilities?** * Assist in executing civil construction tasks under technical staff supervision. * Prepare, organize, and transport materials and tools for site activities (foundations, masonry, and finishing). * Assist in maintenance, repair, and sanitary installation work as required. * Collaborate in preventive inspection and diagnosis of facilities. * Assist in repairing leaks, blockages, and other basic infrastructure tasks. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of work areas. * Comply with and promote safety regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment. * Coordinate effectively with the team and promptly report any incidents or identified risks. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in construction, maintenance, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials. * Responsible, proactive individual with willingness to work in a team. * Availability to work during scheduled hours. **What do we offer to help you grow with us?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * 60% food allowance coverage. * Career path opportunity. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. * Positive work environment.
