Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Human Resources with leadership skills and experience in talent management, compensation, and labor legislation to align HR policies and supervise HR processes. Comprehensive management of Human Resources processes We are currently searching for a HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES with leadership capabilities, legal knowledge, compensation management expertise, and talent management skills, who is available to work in Ate. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields * Specialization in Human Resources * Knowledge of labor legislation * Knowledge of compensation management * Proficiency in Human Resources ERP systems * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles, preferably within the textile industry * Availability to work in Ate WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES? * Align personnel policies with the company's overall objectives. * Supervise the recruitment of key talent and design retention plans and career paths. * Manage payroll for workers and employees, attendance control, and lead the management of all Human Resources processes. * Responsible for timely payment of social benefits: Bonus, CTS, Vacation, Profit Sharing, Social Benefits Settlement, and Physical Vacation Leave Control. * Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-hire indicators. * Responsible for PLAME filings, AFP declarations and payments, SCTR, SENATI, and SURVEYS. * Responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts, employee onboarding, and training programs. * Respond to and manage audits or inspections.
