Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Settlements Intern to manage and coordinate settlement processes, database updates, and billing tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in follow-up meetings with various departments. **Procesos Productivos S.A.C.** is looking for a Settlements Intern to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Update the SST tracking database daily. * Receive and register service reports from field crews. * Enter information into Tecsur’s web platform and generate corresponding settlements. * Generate folios in the SCCP system. * Validate reports, photographs, and supporting documentation. * Record materials used and recovered according to field reports. * Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD 2D drawings. * Track settlements until billing closure. * Coordinate with relevant departments for settlement approvals. * Participate in follow-up meetings with Operations, Settlements, and Management departments. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and other duties assigned by supervisors. Requirements * Technical or university studies, either incomplete or completed. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** (mandatory). * Knowledge of construction cost items (preferred).
