Opportunity for professional growth Odoo/Python Developer – Arequipa (AQP) At IT Grupo, a consulting firm specialized in ERP solutions and digital transformation, we are looking to hire an **Odoo/Python Developer** to join our team in **Arequipa (AQP)** and participate in enterprise projects. We seek professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a results-driven approach, and software development experience. Location **Arequipa (AQP)** – On-site or hybrid mode. Responsibilities * Development and customization of Odoo modules. * Integration with APIs and external systems. * Maintenance and enhancement of existing modules. * Working with PostgreSQL, Git, and sound development practices. * Coordination with functional consultants to implement enterprise solutions. Requirements * **Minimum 1 year of experience developing in Odoo.** * Python development experience. * Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules. * Proficiency in PostgreSQL / SQL. * Knowledge of Git. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with XML, QWeb, ORM, ACL, and Record Rules. * Experience with REST/API integrations. * Proficiency in Linux, Docker, or Odoo.sh. * Understanding of business processes.
